KLSICCI and Bursa Malaysia Empower Businesses on Public Listing Opportunities

Objective: To raise awareness on the benefits and process of public listing for business growth and promote greater financial literacy and support business expansion through capital market opportunities.

29th May 2025, Kuala Lumpur – To empower Malaysian businesses with enhanced financial literacy and strategic market expansion, the Kuala Lumpur & Selangor Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KLSICCI), with Bursa Malaysia, hosted an exclusive session titled “The Advantages of Listing Your Business.”

In his welcome address, KLSICCI Deputy President Mr. Prabagaran Vythilingam highlighted the importance of knowledge-sharing platforms such as this, which are vital in guiding businesses through the rapidly evolving economic landscape.

The session featured Mr. Lee Kuan Teck from Bursa Malaysia as the keynote speaker, who provided valuable insights into the listing process, key requirements, and the benefits of accessing capital markets.

The two-hour event attracted a strong turnout of entrepreneurs, SMEs, and corporate leaders eager to explore public listing as a pathway to business growth and increased visibility.
