IIFT Student Delegation Gains Insights into Malaysian Business Landscape

9th Sept 2025, Kuala Lumpur — The Kuala Lumpur and Selangor Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KLSICCI) welcomed a 35-member student delegation from the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT), New Delhi, at its training room on Tuesday. The delegation was led by Professor Dr. Asheesh Pandey, a Professor of Finance and Head of Research, Campus Head of IIFT.

KLSICCI President Mr. Nivas Ragavan and Hon. Secretary General Ms. Mogana Chinnathamby extended a warm reception to the visiting students. The interactive session focused on international economics, trade policies, and the opportunities for enhancing bilateral business relations between India and Malaysia.

Discussions also highlighted the availability and exchange of products between the two countries, underlining the importance of cooperation in promoting trade and investment.

The visit provided students with practical insights into Malaysia’s business landscape, while strengthening academic and industry linkages between IIFT and KLSICCI.
